The Villita Assembly Building — a riverfront event venue previously owned by CPS Energy — has been sold to local real estate investment firm MLSA Ventures, President Bobby Magee announced on LinkedIn. A purchase price was not disclosed, though the parcel was last assessed at $5.3 million, Bexar Appraisal District records indicate.
